该机具有以下性能特点：
1、物料在60秒时间内就能使混合均匀度CV值达到小于5%，减少了混合时间，大大提高了饲料厂生产效率。 
2、装填系数可变范围为0.1~0.8，适用于多行业中不同比重、粒度等物料的混合。 
3、该机在1分钟内混合均匀后，物料不发生分级现象，且不会因为比重、粒度等物性差别大而产生偏析，从而得到高精度混合物。
4、底部采用了双开门结构，故排料迅速、残留少。
5、链轮链条采用双排或三排链结构，由摆线针轮减速机带动两转子相向转动，转动机构独特，运转平稳、传动扭矩大、磨耗低。
6、采用独特的链条张紧机构，装拆，调节快捷而方便。
7、机槽采用独特的″W″形结构，开口小、中间大、下部窄，使得造型别致美观，占地面积小。
